  3. Use the framework to sharpen judgment, not replace it. A framework is a thinking aid, not an oracle.
  4. Produce an explicit output. Do not end with “good discussion.” End with a map, decision, experiment, shortlist, or action.
  5. Review the output against reality. Ask what would falsify the conclusion or force a different decision.
